          Today in the church, to find real, true biblical leadership is not hard to find, but it is hard to de-fine.  With so many men and women who are young in age, young in the gospel, and young in spirit claiming a call from God to lead his people, there is a dire need for clear, concise, biblically based doctrine and revealed truth concerning the leadership of the church and how it should be administered.  In his book, "Biblical Eldership", Strauch breaks down what it is to be an elder, and what it is to maintain that office.  This book is a must read to anyone who is called of God, as well as to those who are in leadership positions in churches around the world.
